James Harrison founded Cycle Pharmaceuticals in 2012. James was formerly CEO of Archimica, an international contract manufacturing organisation of active pharmaceutical ingredients and their pre-cursors for the global branded and generic pharmaceutical industries. Archimica has manufacturing sites in the US, UK, Germany, France and Italy. During his tenure at Archimica, James recruited and led a new management team, and implemented a detailed strategic repositioning of the business. Archimica was sold to the Euticals group in 2011.
Prior to Archimica, James was a Managing Director at TowerBrook Capital Partners and a Partner at Soros Private Equity Partners. James began his career working in the mergers and acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley. James is an Honorary Fellow of Robinson College, University of Cambridge, and holds MA and MPhil degrees from the University of Cambridge.

Duncan Kennedy brings extensive experience of the international pharmaceuticals sector to Cycle Pharmaceuticals. Before joining Cycle Pharma, Duncan was CFO of James Fisher and Sons plc, the London Stock Exchange listed service provider to the energy, defence and maritime sectors.
Prior to James Fisher, Duncan spent 14 years at BTG plc, the fast-growing international healthcare business, that was a FTSE 250 index constituent prior to its acquisition in 2019 by Boston Scientific for $4.2bn. Duncan held several leadership roles during his time at BTG, including Group Financial Controller, Head of the Interventional Oncology business unit, and then CFO and Board Director from 2018.

Victoria Dickinson is Chief Commercial Officer at Cycle Pharmaceuticals, having joined the company in 2021 as a member of the marketing team when Cycle Pharma had just one product. Since then, she has played a central role in Cycle Pharma’s transformation and growth, helping to shape the company’s expanding portfolio and go-to-market capabilities. She established and led the Product Launch function, building a cross-functional team that successfully brought multiple products to market across a range of therapeutic areas – including ultra rare diseases and more well known conditions such as multiple sclerosis.
Victoria also oversees the Marketing function, where she has implemented a scalable structure and operational framework aligned to the company’s growth ambitions, while preserving the agility that underpins Cycle Pharma’s success. Most recently, she founded the Product Management function at Cycle Pharma, which drives product strategy and execution across all business units. This department ensures strategic clarity and deep therapeutic expertise across Cycle Pharma’s growing portfolio.

Steve Fuller is Cycle Pharmaceutical’s Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). As CSO, Steve is working to grow Cycle Pharma’s current products by reaching more patients, in addition to building Cycle Pharma’s pipeline with new development and partnership opportunities.
Steve joined Cycle Pharma in 2013 following the completion of a PhD in analytical chemistry at the University of Cambridge. As Cycle Pharma’s first employee, Steve started as Business Development Manager, supporting the development of Cycle Pharma’s first rare disease products. He then transitioned to Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead drug approval processes with the FDA, Health Canada, and the EMA, building the innovative regulatory team at the heart of Cycle Pharma’s growth. More recently, as Head of Business development, Steve established Cycle Pharma’s US supply chain and specialty pharmacy operations to allow Cycle Pharma to manage its own rare disease distribution channel, and in-license rare disease products to grow Cycle Pharma’s portfolio.

Chikai (Kai) Lai is Cycle Pharmaceutical’s Chief Access Officer. Kai is in charge of Cycle Pharma’s operations in United States, managing the P&L of the US business including Cycle Pharma’s hub services and products, as well as business relationships with industry partners.
Since joining Cycle Pharma in 2014, Kai has played an important role in delivering Cycle Pharma’s innovative products to markets. He served in various functions, including Regulatory Affairs, ROW (ex-US) Commercial and Operations and Program Management.
Prior to Cycle Pharma, Kai worked in product development at TWi Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a Taiwan-based, US-focused pharmaceutical company focused on developing Paragraph IV and 505(b)(2) products.
Kai received both a B.Pharm. and an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Taipei Medical University in Taiwan, and an M.Phil. in Bioscience Enterprise from University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
Kai currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the CGD Society, a global leading patient advocacy group for Chronic Granulomatous Disease, as well as the Board of Trustees of Jeans for Genes Campaign.

Andrea is an experienced dual-qualified UK and US lawyer and brings extensive legal and strategic expertise to Cycle Pharmaceuticals. Before joining Cycle Pharma, Andrea was Senior Legal Director at the EMEA headquarters of Illumina in Cambridge, and before that she spent six years as in-house counsel at UK semiconductor design company Arm Limited.
At Cycle Pharma, Andrea leads our legal and compliance functions to support the company’s mission of advancing therapies for rare diseases. As Group General Counsel, Andrea helps steward the company’s growth and governance. Andrea’s international experience and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments make her a trusted advisor to the executive team and the board.

Steve Bice is Director of Quality Assurance at Cycle Pharmaceuticals. Steve brings more than 25 years of pharmaceutical quality experience spanning commercial products, development, manufacturing, distribution and laboratory operations. Before joining Cycle in 2026, he held a variety of quality leadership roles, most recently with Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe, ultimately serving as Senior Director and lead for European Product Quality.
Across his career, Steve has led regulatory inspections and audits, overseen complex quality management systems in manufacturing and distribution and supported major launches and transfers. He has built collaborative, high-performing teams with a strong focus on patient-centred quality whilst partnering cross-functionally to ensure that Quality supports wider business goals.

Catherine Wainwright is the Chief Operations and Regulatory Officer. She joined Cycle Pharmaceuticals in 2014 and since this time has supported the development of NITYR® (nitisinone) Tablets, Cycle Pharma’s generics portfolio and the launch of TASCENSO ODT® (fingolimod). Dr Wainwright is currently responsible for the development of Cycle Pharma’s rapidly expanding pipeline, as well as the continuous improvement of approved products. She also leads the maintenance of Cycle Pharma’s regulatory dossiers, product labelling and pharmacovigilance.
Prior to joining Cycle Pharma, Dr Wainwright worked in API process development and small scale manufacturing. She holds a BSc in Medicinal Chemistry from The Queen’s University of Belfast and a PhD in Chemistry from Newcastle University. She has also spent time as a post-doctoral research assistant in academia in the US.
