Job Title:                           Supply Chain, Logistics Co-Ordinator

Reports to:                        Director of Supply Chain

Location:                           Cambridge, UK

Position Summary:  We are seeking a part-time Supply Chain Co-Ordinator (20 hours per week) to support contact between Cycle Supply Chain and the company’s specialty distribution and channel partners. The role includes processing shipments from locations such as the UK, India and US to customers located in various countries around the world.  This individual will support the Supply Chain to fulfil orders, maintain order packs, support Commercial and QA teams and update product inventory. The individual will be responsible for execution of order and shipment management in a timely manner.  This candidate will work in a highly visible, strong team environment to ensure success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process orders in line with GDP practice
  • Facilitate the flow of information between Suppliers, QA, Supply Chain and end Customers
  • 3PL management
  • Resolve import and export issues
  • Acts as key point of contact for internal customers for logistics support (Quality, Development, Commercial, Supply Chain)
  • Inventory management
  • Processing of order and shipment paperwork
  • Responsible for end-to-end shipments, and manage issues as they arise promptly
  • Place purchase orders for product within Business Central
  • Raise invoices as required via Business Central



  • 1 – 2 years of logistics experience to include managing 3PL
  • Highly driven person that displays a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external customers
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to effectively execute on business deliverables
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners (Commercial, QA, Operations)
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to problem solve and work independently
